2019 IEA Conference Lunch

Each attendee will have the opportunity to choose one of the following lunch options:

Turkey Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey breast raised without antibiotics, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, mayo, spicy mustard, salt and pepper on Whole Grain bread. Served with chips, a pickle, and a cookie.

Ham Sandwich
Artisan ham, Emmental cheese, emerald greens & maple mustard sauce on Country Rustic bread. Served with chips, a pickle, and a cookie.

Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich
Zesty sweet Peppadew piquant peppers, feta, cucumbers, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, cilantro-jalapeno hummus, salt and pepper on Tomato Basil bread. Served with chips, a pickle, and a cookie.

Seasonal Greens Salad
Arugula, romaine, kale and radicchio blend, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions and diced cucumbers tossed with reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette. Served with a baguette and a cookie.

Caesar Salad
Romaine, parmesan and homemade black pepper focaccia croutons tossed with Caesar dressing. Served with a baguette and a cookie.

Greek Salad
Fresh seasonal greens, tossed with sliced grape and cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onions and Balsamic vinaigrette. Served with a baguette and a cookie.
