Organizations have become increasingly concerned with identifying strategies to reduce bias incidents and promote equality. This concern has become more urgent in light of recent events that have resulted in widespread demonstrations and calls for racial justice across our nation.

As many seek to take action in their own lives, we invite you to join us for a bias habit-breaking training - the first and only intervention that has been experimentally shown to produce long-term changes in bias. Led by Dr. William Cox, the training is built on more than 30 years of research on the prejudice habit model.

A social psychologist, Dr. Cox is an assistant scientist in the Psychology Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His work focuses on uncovering the specific mechanisms that perpetuate bias, and translating scientific research into evidence-based efforts to overcome bias.
