Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group
Whitley Wynns is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group. She received her Bachelor degree from Indiana University-Bloomington with a concentration in Behavioral Health and has completed her Master degree in Political Science from IUPUI.
Whitley’s past experiences working as the Health and Wellness Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club in Bloomington, IN. and interning with the Indiana Department of Education prepared her to work on and support educational committees and projects that are focused on increasing educational opportunities and quality of life for Indiana youth and their families. Most recently, Whitley worked in the federally designated IndyEast Promise Zone where she focused on education and public safety and health initiatives to move residents towards poverty alleviation. Her experience working on and supporting IndyEast Promise Zone projects such as Help Me Grow and the infant mortality project through the Indianapolis Best Babies Zone has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to support various communities and organizations looking to build capacity and strategically plan for initiatives around early learning and k-12 education.
Working at Transform Consulting Group has allowed Whitley to continue to fulfill her passion for social justice. She enjoys having the opportunity to work for a company who focuses on equipping organizations with the proper tools, knowledge, and actionable process in a way that will strengthen their impact thus bettering the quality of life of children, families, schools, and communities as a whole.
Project Assistant at Transform Consulting Group
Sara Anderson is a Project Assistant at Transform Consulting Group. She received her Bachelor degree in Business Management and Educational Studies from Manchester University. As a student, she co-wrote and presented a business plan to open a child care center. While she knew she did not want to become a teacher, she was passionate about education, which you can see in her volunteer experiences. She tutored elementary and middle school students, assisted adults pursuing their GED and worked with young students at a Summer Reading Camp.
Before joining the Transform Consulting Group team, Sara worked at Manchester University in the Human Resources department on data analysis to assist in developing a compensation strategy. She also served as an intern with Wells County Economic Development and developed and coordinated educational career camps for students. During this enriching experience, she performed research and analysis to review the availability and sustainability for local industrial buildings.
Her favorite thing about working for Transform Consulting Group is knowing the work she puts in is making a difference in many communities across the state!
