Taking stock and filling the gaps: A self-assessment of evaluation skills using the AEA Evaluator Competencies 

Whether you're just starting out as an evaluator or a seasoned professional, there are always evaluative skills that need shoring up, especially considering how much evaluation evolves from year to year. In this month's quarterly meeting and PD session we will be using the AEA competencies to do self-assessments for where our skills are the strongest and where we can continue to learn and grow as evaluators. Building upon that self-assessment data, we'll be inviting participants to share resources that can help to build-up certain skill sets.

This program will be free to IEA members and members of other Local Affiliate Groups and $10 for non-members. A registration code will be provided to Local Affiliate Groups to be shared with their members.
